I'm a miserable fuck. 8 years of school, high school through college, every day I had 32 oz of water in a goddamn Nalgene, and then after that, a 40 oz Hydroflask. Fuck plastic but Hydroflasks are shit. They're heavy as fuck and get dented. If you don't drink coffee out of it, water temperature is irrelevant outside of July and August, so you're carrying a pound of metal around so as to not poison yourself with microplastics. Why should I be punished for not wanting to drink out of a terrain park disco box? I've tried to be a water fountain only guy but then you just don't drink any water. I used to drink so much fucking water man. But I didn't work at desks for most of my twenties and I don't drive so the bottles gotta be in my bag, or on a kitchen rack, or the couch or whatever.¹ Coffee is fine. You can't drink it after 5pm, you can only drink it 8-16 ounces at a time, if you put it in anything but waxed paper or ceramic it'll be hot for like four hours and you can't drink it. Coffee can't be hot for longer than like 15 minutes. Otherwise just make less coffee you pussy. You can't drink 12 ounces of coffee? Make a tea! Your job will probably let you drink coffee in a stupid unsustainable way. Full fucking espresso machine, or K Cups AND Nespresso and Coffee and Iced Coffee, or 50 cans of that black coffee stuff that I can't remember the name so I'll call it posh Black Rifle - that's how they can pay you so little. If it doesn't and you work outside or something then you can have a Yeti.
